Our raw Materials meet highest quality standards and sustainability criteria; and we use sustainable and eco-friendly materials to appeal to environmentally conscious consumers. Our Manufacturing Process and Methodology: o Production Planning: We develop a production schedule to manage workflow efficiently and meet deadlines. o Machinery and Equipment: We invested in advanced technologies and appropriate machinery for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing furniture. o Skilled Workforce: We have skilled craftsmen and technicians. Highly trained to ensure high standards of workmanship. o Quality Control: We implement strict quality control measures at each stage of production to ensure consistency and excellence. In the Finishing and Assembly phase we focus on: o Surface Finishing: We apply finishes such as staining, painting, varnishing, or laminating to enhance the appearance and protect the furniture. o Upholstery: We use high-quality fabrics and/or leather. o Assembly: We assemble the final pieces, ensuring they are sturdy and meet design specifications. Our Packaging process is strict to prevent damage during transit and we use sustainable packaging materials.
